Vienna International Seafood Buffet Restaurant.

We were expecting better quality coming from Vienna in terms of service, food and ambience of the restaurant since their advertising-wise had impressed us. However, it seems that we're all quite disappointed.

That day we heng heng got a seat at the right back, to put it in a nice terms, it's romantic enough, but HEY! It's suppose to be a "food-snatching war", sitted at the furthest seat from the food means we had lost half of the battle. So we decided to request for a change in seats but well, since the waitress look as if we're requesting for two-billion worth of abalone, we decided to put it aside and be cool.

The food quality is okay, MayCheng put all her focus on the Black-pepper crab. TangJie like the soup and YueXiu, as usual, just stuff everything edible inside. ;)

Service wise, i could say that Vienna will score damn bad in this section. It's a international restaurant and the first thing we heard when we arrived was "欢迎光临". That's so... professional. Hmm and not forgetting to mention that all the waitress look at us as if we owed them money, almost all of them wears a glum-look on their face. It's either all of them were having a bad day or we really owed them money. And the one crucial detail that we mark them down is their profession-knowledge. One of the waitress has a cut on her right hand and she just bandage it in a very rough manner, additional to it, the cotton part of the plaster was already dangling out of the plaster. And that turn our appetite off. It's extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. And si bei cham.

Overall ambience. It's noisy and have constant irritating plates-cracking noises in the background. We can't even eat in peace.

In general, i admit that we were expecting too much from a middle-class restaurant. Food quality and varieties was satisfied, though service can be one of their limitations but Vienna still worth:
